In which we just used the latter part of the quote. The phrase suited Sarah and the empowerment she wishes for her young daughter to embody perfectly.

Extracting language from Nowak’s writing that resonated, Kopehaver branded her interpretations, down the front center of her dress, and rightfully so. On the back, PUT A TAG ON YOURSELF AND AND HOPE YOU SELL is aggressively emblazoned atop the dress. In an isolated digital world, we are perpetually selling ourselves, even now. The phrase is pulled from an original poem of Kopehaver’s titled "Not for Sale" that she has read aloud and performed multiple times.
