Truth Frequently, Thrifted Bershka Sweatshirt, For Luciano Martinez, New York

Truth Frequently is an example of a A LINE OF KOPE phrase that has been reprinted in a unique fashion. Crisp and strong on the front, the text is easily legible. On the back features a whirlwind of printing, words, and perfect imperfections. Luciano did not have a preference on phrasing or style, making this a wild card commission!

ALL TALK BUT NO VOICE, Pink Faux Fur, For Amber Snearl, Founder of Wear Sub|Urban, Chicago

ALL TALK BUT NO VOICE was made for Amber Snearl to speak on two topics of “voices.” The interior voice of our mind, who fills us with meaningless and airy doubts, leading us to a potential downward spiral of dread and invisible problems. As well as the voices who try to silence us when speaking the truth. There is so much fluff among media, yet no common or consistent voice except your own. “In the face of one of the biggest mental health crisis to ever hit our world, the ones with the power to make change are still so very silent.” - Amber

Leave Her Wild, Vintage Childs Rabbit Fur, For Sarah + Sofia Pillmore, Philadelphia

LEAVE HER WILD for the forever young, naturally wild, and untamable spirits. Sarah approached A LINE OF KOPE with the Atticus quote — 'Love her but leave her wild. In which we just used the latter part of the quote. The phrase suited Sarah and the empowerment she wishes for her young daughter to embody perfectly.

The Confessional Dress, Dress, For Carolyn Nowack, New York

The Confessional Dress: sensitive but also relentless. Extracting language from Nowak’s writing that resonated, Kopehaver branded her interpretations, down the front center of her dress, and rightfully so. On the back, PUT A TAG ON YOURSELF AND AND HOPE YOU SELL is aggressively emblazoned atop the dress. In an isolated digital world, we are perpetually selling ourselves, even now. The phrase is pulled from an original poem of Kopehaver’s titled "Not for Sale" that she has read aloud and performed multiple times.
